Shipping and Returns Policy
Zebra Energy LLC provides shipping via common carriers like UPS or FedEx. All product prices include shipping within the continental USA unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice.
If the prices do not already include shipping or if you have other shipping concerns, like a delivery address is outside the continental USA, then please contact us before checking out.
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we are able to obtain and ship your items, on your address, and on the shipping speed and options that you select. Shipping speed is determined by the carrier. Once we receive your order confirmation, we'll ship your order within 1-3 business days. Our hours of operation are 9am - 5pm (PST) Monday through Friday. If you have any questions about the fulfillment process or would like to add special notes to your order, please contact us at 855-932-7285 extension 2 with your order number ready.
Solar panels and batteries are shipped separately from other components, so you may receive packages on different days.
Solar panels are fragile! Please inspect your shipments upon delivery prior to signing the release.
When the shipment arrives, the driver will ask you to sign for the delivery. This is a legal document stating that the package is being delivered in good condition without damage and that you are waiving any additional claim from the shipper. Before signing, inspect the package(s) closely on all sides. Note any damage, including scuffs, dents, tears, punctures or creases on the delivery receipt. If there is anything unusual with the package, you have the right to open it to inspect the contents. If the driver is unwilling to wait while you inspect all of the items, you may mark on the delivery receipt “Concealed Damage Possible”. If there is damage to the shipment, then you must refuse the package and contact Zebra Energy LLC immediately.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Zebra Energy. You may return most items for a full refund, less shipping charges and 15% restocking fee, based on the original form of payment, within thirty (30) days after purchase. All items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. Please email us first at email@example.com so that we can issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA.
